Disabled Enabled

Employers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments that enable disabled people to have the same rights to work and access to services as non-disabled people. Our film shows how employers who make a small change, make a big difference – a builder who has diabetes is enabled by an understanding boss who allows him regular breaks to manage his blood glucose levels, while a disabled shop assistant is enabled by her boss who lowers a cash desk…...

There are two version of the film, both currently showing on television. Both films show how employers who make small changes within the workplace can make a big difference to both employees and their customers.
