Anne McGuire, MP has been appointed as DWP Parliamentary Under Secretary with particular responsibility for disability issues.
Today David Blunkett, Secretary of State said;
“I look forward to working with Anne and welcome her to the Department.
“This Government is delivering comprehensive civil rights for Britain's 10 million disabled people and, with Anne leading this and other important areas of work, we intend to ensure this becomes a reality.”
