Staff learning and development
DWP operates a number of framework agreements for the supply of learning and development services for its own staff. There are also several contracts in place for the provision of specialist services.
The Learning and Development (L&D) Team lets and manages all requirements related to the frameworks.
Where a requirement is not covered by the Frameworks, or other existing contracts, the L&D Team carry out a procurement exercise to meet the requirement.
The L&D team is based in London.. The team leader and main contact point is Celia Harrington, 0207 391 1891.
Future sourcing strategy
DWP will not be re-letting the L&D Framework.
